1/4 Beef. 120lbs of a mixed variety of what this animal yielded. Expect steaks, roasts, ground meat, stew and a variety of special cuts. We aim to cut as much as we can into steaks, a few roasts, lots of ground meat, a few packages of stew, and special cuts individually packed. (think tri-tip or eye of round etc) Ground and Stew come in 1 1/2 lbs packs. Everything is Vacuum sealed so all very clearly visible without needing to thaw to see what youre taking out for dinner. 1/4 of beef requires about 6 cubic feet of freezer space.
